- Deadline for completed waitlist applications: Accepting Completed Waitlist Applications from now to December 20th, 2024.
- Anticipated move-in date: January 2025

PLEASE NOTE: Multiple waitlist applications will not be accepted. After our initial lottery, we will reopen the waitlist for new applications based on availability.
Ensuring Equity through a Lottery System
To ensure equity in our leasing process, we are using a lottery system for waitlist applications. After the application deadline, each application will randomly be assigned an application number through a lottery drawing. This process determines the order in which applicants will proceed with the affordable program paperwork and rental application before move-in.
